Meet the Founder

Hailee Dayfield is the founder and creative force behind Mind’s Eye Collective. With just under a decade of experience in PR, influencer marketing and brand strategy, she’s partnered with leading names in hospitality, fashion, travel, food & beverage and wellness - building relationships and results that go beyond the brief.

With a strong pulse on culture and an eye for detail, her approach bridges storytelling with substance. Drawing from her background in both agency and in-house roles, Hailee created Mind’s Eye to be what the industry was missing: a home for talent and brands who see things differently - and want to be seen that way, too.

Her signature? Thoughtful alignment, an intuitive read on what resonates, and a reputation for making standout work feel effortless.

She earned her degree in Media/Communication Studies from Florida State University. Though she calls Tampa, Florida, home, her vision remains global.
